On January 1, 2019, the University’s mercury thermometer exchange program will end and use of a mercury containing thermometer (or other devices) will require approval from Occupational and Environmental Health and Safety (OEHS). How to Exchange
There are two steps to exchanging your current mercury thermometer. The first step is to request a replacement using the form below. The second step is to request a pick up of the mercury thermometer through our Lab Management System. You may need to register for an LMS account and take some training if you have not already done so.
